It's quite easy, and you seem to have the hang of things. use it to stick your blogs/reports/photos up. I know people are really interested to read them.

Mind the horses...! (JAUNTS - Stage 4 - Slaugham, 99km)

Today's stage started off in rather a different way...with horses providing the excitement in the first lap rather than the cyclists themselves! Both a small attack and a bridging group managed to get past two horses on the road-side, before they went a bit beserk (the horses!) and the rest of us had t… Continue

Up, up and away....! (JAUNTS - stage 3 - Ewhurst, 106km)

Today's stage was always going to be about the hill...Leith Hill to be precise! And I'd talked myself out of going up it at any sort of speed, so was thinking more of what might be done in the 8 circuits we'd be doing before-hand.

(Hell, a 20km scratch race on Wednesday's at Herne Hill seems long so… Continue

Getting my mojo back! (Jaunts Prologue - 12.5km)

Well, not quite as zippy as that super-fast road-runner, but very pleased none-the-less!

I ended up taking the whole of Friday off...and just as well as I just wouldn't have made it otherwise! It also meant I could have a lie-in (much needed after Wednesday's hard, but successful, track-league) and a breakfast at our local caf with Jam! I followed this up with a "loosening" massage before he… Continue

I lost my bearings in Kent! (aka. Lamberhurst-Frant, SERRL, 100km)

Having decided to take the plunge back into road-racing again (having got my feet wet - so to speak - with the Wally Gimber some three months ago now and only paddled in the relatively safe pools of Dunton and Betteshanger since) I took a lift out with Kevin, Andy and Anne (complete with his… Continue
