Yes, Louise got herself a racing bike and has managed a 30 mile ride with the club but I had to drag her there. funny, I was just thinking about you on my commute home - about the pushing the boulder up the mountain thing. Well, this season it rolled back down and squished me! Did a wee bit at the track and pulverised the fast group in a training race, solo break from 4 out - should've done more but found it hard to do track and road together and work commitments got in the way too. Other than that, work-related fatigue and stress killed my form in July ;( . Good luck with the the new training company and lots of love to you both...
